of significant value. Yogi Bear is one of the most widely known
cartoon characters ever
produced and is enjoying renewed popularity today on television
and in
major theme parks including Universal
Studios Theme Parks in Orlando and Paramount Parks in Santa Clara,
California; Cincinnati, Ohio; Charlotte, North Carolina; Richmond,
Virginia; and Toronto-Ontario, Canada. Yogi is considered one

Yogi Bear Merchandising
LSI provides the Franchisees an opportunity to increase their
revenue stream through a profitable Warner Brothers merchandising
program.
Each Jellystone Park Camp Store provides a service and convenience
to the camper, a viable profit center for the park, and a promotional
collateral even after it leaves the park. Properly merchandised
stores can produce up to 50% of the park's gross revenues. LSI
also provides training & information on all areas of managing
a camp store with special focus on customized merchandise.
Franchisees can place orders at the annual Jellystone Park Symposium
where they can see and touch the merchandise as well as take advantage
of generous terms and discounts, browse and place orders through
the Camp Jellystone franchisee website, or through our full color
catalog.
Traditional and Online Marketing
Traditional print advertising is purchased in all advantageous
mediums throughout the world to increase the Yogi Bear brand. LSI
maintains a strong presence in various camping periodicals. These
include the major national RV Parks and campground directories,
numerous state campground directories, and specialty directories
for those interested in cabin and tent style camping.
The newest online marketing and website design techniques are
also implemented including Search Engine Optimization and visitor
conversion tracking and reports to expand and improve the Camp
Jellystone consumer brand identity. The website showcases each
franchisee's location, activities and unique amenities while also
serving as a "channel" for our parks to communicate to
one another and LSI.
Support For Your Success
Each year, LSI also produces a current franchise location Jellystone
Park Directory with an annual distribution of over 220,000 units.
Distribution requests are fulfilled through trade shows, welcome
centers, telephone, Internet and e-mail. Directories are provided
at no cost to the consumer.
LSI also incentifies Camp Jellystone visitors with the Club Yogi
discount card program. This program entitles card holders to receive
a 10% discount off daily site fees. This program helps to raise
revenues at the parks by encouraging campers to stay longer, to
frequent their visits, and to increase loyalty to the Jellystone
Camp Park Resorts.
