2010 Symposium Trade Show

It is that time of year and everyone is making plans for the upcoming trade show circuit.  Last year's trade show was a huge success and we are anxious to make this year even better with your assistance.  All indications point to a strong camping season and Jellystone Parks will continue to be a leader in the industry.

Thanks to everyone who participated in last year's show. The franchisees thought it was the best show to date and said it was their main buying show. This years Symposium Trade Show will again be held at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, Kentucky.  We will be on the first floor to make set-up easier and allow our cabin vendors to be located indoors. 

Booth Fees:

If you register by September 3, 2010:

$500 for 8x10

$1000 for 8x20

$1500 for 8x30

If you register after September 3, 2010*:

$600 for 8x10

$1200 for 8x20

$1800 for 8x30

* In order to be included in the 2010 Convention Program, you must register by October 6. 

You will be provided...pipe and draped booth space, one skirted table, two chairs, name tags for attendees, signage with your company name, Thursday lunch on the trade show floor, and tickets to the social on Wednesday evening.  Carpeting in the booths will not be provided as the trade show floor is not carpeted.  This can be secured through George E. Fern Co. or you can provide your own. 

The Geo E. Fern Company will deal directly with you for any additional needs or any freight you may need to have delivered.  They will receive up to 500 lbs. of association freight at no charge (delivered to one destination in the facility.  Additional drayage will be performed (for association) at a 25% discount from the published show rates.  Once your registration has been received, the Geo E. Fern Co will provide you with a packet outlining additional services provided and their fees. 

You are responsible for your hotel accommodations and will deal directly with the Embassy Suites.

Directions:  From I-75, I-71 south, exit 192 (Covington 5th Street) turn left on Madison.  Hotel is on the right. 

To register, please complete the Application and Payment forms below.  Hurry...booth space is limited and we traditionally sell out!  If you participate in the trade show you will automatically be included as a preferred vendor on our franchise intranet at no additional charge.  As a vendor, you can also sumbit an article about your product for inclusion in our monthly newsletter.
