When we joined the Jellystone Park system in 1980, we were a small operation without a plan.  What we have learned through the years from LSI and our fellow Yogi Bear owners and operators has been extremely valuable.  We now have over 500 sites, RV sales, waterslides, and a seven family member team of owners and operating managers.  Jellystone Parks and the Yogi concept gave us identity and opened doors.  It created excitement!  If you want to grow your park, gain valuable information, bring in family members, or have a very strong theme, by all means, talk to Leisure Systems.  You'll be glad you did.

In 1995, our highly rated park joined the Jellystone Park franchise.  After 25 years in the business, we wanted to grow, and Leisure Systems gave us that opportunity.  Talking to other Jellystone Park owners, we became convinced that they were the most progressive group of camping operators in the country.  They were at the leading edge of their industry, and we wanted to join them.  We have not been disappointed, and have never regretted our decision.

The Jellystone Park concept has benefited us in many ways.  Park operations have vastly improved due to franchise system inspections and suggestions, our yearly national meetings, and the open cooperation among Jellystone Park owners and managers.  Our national franchisor carries out extensive advertising for our systems, and acts on many franchisee suggestions.  Leisure Systems' annual trade show, featuring a large selection of Yogi Bear souvenirs and clothing, has greatly improved both selection and sales in our park store.  Our store is a Yogi Bear supermarket!

Let's not forget the bears - Yogi and Boo Boo, who live at our park.  When potential campers look at our brochure or current guests see Yogi in person, he makes them smile!  What is that worth to our park?  A lot!
