Robert (Rob) Schutter, Jr.
- President/Chief Operating Officer
Responsible for all facets of the Company's business operations
including developing system wide marketing strategies, legal
oversight, handling franchise contract negotiations, and interfacing
with the Franchise Advisory Council. Rob has been with the Company
since its acquisition in August 1989. Since 1976, he has been
associated with Hanna-Barbera related properties having held
several positions with the Kings Entertainment Company theme
park group (now known as the Paramount Park Group.) Rob holds
a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Marketing from the University
of Cincinnati and has extensive operating experience in developing
and implementing research, promotional, sales and marketing
programs. |

Dean Crawford - Executive Vice
President
Responsibilities include: coordinating the Company's efforts
with its franchisees in operational matters, developing training
seminars and manuals, coordinating park inspections, and reviewing potential new franchisees.
He has a very thorough and extensive knowledge of Jellystone
Park operations having held the position of Manager at the Yogi
Bear's Jellystone Park in Traverse City, Michigan. During his
tenure there, he received one of the Jellystone system's highest
awards - Operator of the Year. Dean has been with the company
since June 1991. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Parks and Recreation Administration from Michigan State University. |

John Ellison - Vice President
of Operations
Responsibilities include: providing support to the franchisees
in areas of operational procedures, loss prevention, customer
service and sourcing national suppliers. In addition, he provides
project support for new expansions, renovations, and upgrades
within the franchise operations and conducts on-site inspections.
John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University
majoring in Education along with training in the amusement entertainment
business from IAAPA and WWA. Having served as Executive VP/GM
of a long standing amusement park, he brings with him an extensive
background in the leisure entertainment industry. He is a Certified
Park Operator through NSPI and a lifeguard instructor from Jeff
Ellis & Associates and the National Aquatics Safety Company.
John has been with the company since March 2000. |

Sheila Isaac - Vice President
of Retail Operations
Responsibilities include: annually sourcing and creating over
200 customized re-sale and operational products, most of which
are exclusive to Jellystone Parks; working closely with Warner
Brothers Brand Assurance to make sure all LSI art is compliant
with license agreements; managing all aspects of merchandise
ordering, shipping and billing, including supervising the warehouse
and administering the online merchandise store. She also assists parks with merchandise ordering and store set-up. Sheila has a
Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing and International
Business from Ohio University. She has held both buying and
sales positions in her 15 years experience in the retail industry.
Sheila has been with the company since November 2001. |

Tracey Barker - Director of
Finance
Responsibilities include: human resources, monthly financial
reporting, payroll administration and financial coordination
of franchisee accounts. She has a solid background in the business
and financial reporting system presently used by the Company.
Tracey has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Statistics
from Miami University of Ohio and has been with the company
since December 2002. |

Michele Maxwell - Director of
Marketing and Promotions
Responsibilities include: website management; the development of marketing, advertising, sales, and public relations materials; along with coordinating system-wide promotional programs. Michele, who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Computer Information Systems from Indiana University, has over nine years of marketing and project management experience. She has been with LSI since September 2003. |

Stephanie Lane - Administrative
Assistant & Club Yogi™ Coordinator
Responsibilities include: preparing legal franchise documents,
managing Club Yogi membership database, coordinating Symposium,
handling all mailings, and overseeing daily office activities.
Stephanie joined the company in June of 1999. |

Michelle Hollifield - Part-Time Receptionist
Responsibilities include: answering phones, mailing directories, and supporting the LSI office staff with a variety of clerical duties. Michelle joined the company in June of 2007. |

Kelly Jones - Director of Franchisee Development
Responsibilities include: overseeing various training programs including CAMP, a program for new park owners and managers; CARE, a camp-resort program for recreational personnel, and Symposium, LSI's annual summit. Kelly has been with LSI since 2007 and with Jellystone Parks since 1987 when her family joined the franchise system. Kelly worked as the General Manager of the operation from 2003 until 2007 and received the Jellystone Park Systems Operator, a graduate of the National S School of RV Parks & Campground Management, and holds a Bachelor Degree in Sociology from Bradley University. |

Kathy Palmeri: Director of Franchise Sales
Responsibilities include: Handling franchise sales of Jellystone Park Camp-Resorts across the U.S. and Canada. She will attend state and national conventions and trade shows to showcase franchise opportunities with LSI. Kathy & her husband Tony bought their Colorado campground in 1994 and then purchased the franchise to operate it as Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park of Estes in 1997. She has participated on local, state and national Boards that include the Colorado Campground and Lodging Owners Association, the NFIB Advisory Council for Colorado Tourism Office and served on the ARVC Board for nine years, two of which she served as Chairman. |

Tony Palmeri - Director of Franchise Sales
Responsibilities include: Handling franchise sales of Jellystone Park Camp-Resorts across the U.S. and Canada. He will attend state and national conventions and trade shows to showcase franchise opportunities with LSI. Tony and Kathy have been in the campground business since 1994, owning a Jellystone Park in Estes, Colorado. Tony has been self employed almost all his life owning a wholesale bakery from 1959 to 1988 that employed 25 employees. |

Andy and Jane Eaton - Operational Consultants
Responsibilities include: training programs, Campground Manager/financial setup guidance, and conducting majority of the campground inspections. Andy and Jane are former owners of an award winning Jellystone Park franchise with 10 years of campground operational experience. Andy studied accounting at Andrews University and Jane graduated from Siena Heights College with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Andy's experiences as CFO and a previous business owner, plus Jane's experience in middle management at a computer engineering company provide a varied background in all areas/functions within an organization. Andy and Jane have been with LSI since 2007. |
