Jellystone Park in Sioux Falls is Camp-Resort of the Year

Sioux Falls, SD (March 10, 2010) – Bruce and Donna Aljets, owners of the Sioux Falls Jellystone Park Camp-Resort, have been recognized with the Camp-Resort of the Year award by the Jellystone Park franchise system. The award – the highest honor that can be earned by a Jellystone Park Camp-Resort – was presented at the annual meeting of the Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort.

Founded in 1990, Jellystone Park at Sioux Falls offers some of the best family camping and entertainment in the region. Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort at Sioux Falls recently introduced a new feature for late summer and fall camping: a seven-acre corn maze cut in the likeness of Yogi Bear. Scheduled to open in early August, the corn maze is open to the public and features turns, twists and dead ends carved into tall stalks. Two levels of difficulty make it fun for all family members, and admission includes the use of the campground’s Jumping Pillow, playgrounds, wagon rides and visits from Yogi Bear himself.
